Swift Policy Manager: Increase
Swift Policy Manager is a subscriber management and service control product designed from the ground up to meet current and emerging subscriber management, service creation and service management needs of Mobile & Broadband operators. Integrated with a service provider’s OSS/BSS, it allows real time session control and user management.
Serving as the central nerve centre for which Mobile & Broadband Operators can create, apply, modify and delete service bundles for their subscribers on demand and in real time, the Swift Policy Manager allows Operators to stay ahead of their markets and competitors in today's highly competitive market for mobile & broadband access. Developed to meet carrier grade requirements, the Swift Policy Manager is architected for scalability, reliability and full redundancy for deployment into any operators' networks.
By deploying the Swift Policy Manager together with SwiftCache, our service provider customers can quickly deploy and introduce “out of the box” new services with minimal needs for integration and customization.

Swift Policy Manager has a campaign manager that allows our service provider customers to quickly create new campaigns targeted at their subscribers, such as customized landing pages and personalized promotional messages. The campaign manager also has a performance tracking and reporting portal to provide service providers with real time analytics on the effectiveness of their campaigns. This allows for a closed feedback loop that enables the service providers to fine tune and optimize their offerings for improved adoption and revenue generation.

The synergies between Swift Policy Manager and SwiftCache therefore allows service providers to have quick wins and new services deployed immediately, rather than been saddled with a “toolbox” and having to spend significant integration resources and endure long service delivery lead times before service provider start to see a return on investment in their policy control products.
